1. Lead data traceability initiatives, supporting the data analyst intern in proposing assessments and corrective action plans.
2. Ensure data consistency for strategic reporting purposes.
3. Manage Power BI tools for product traceability in the beauty segment.
4. Facilitate BI/Anti-trafficking committee meetings.
5. Optimize and create measures and dashboards aligned with business needs.
6. Document completed work and deliverables.
7. Coordinate data project for global database and QR code implementation.
8. Co-lead project deployment for the anti-trafficking stream.
9. Monitor partners for testing and technical feasibility.
10. Oversee data quality analysis methods and construction.
11. Support team projects with methodological and technical expertise.
12. Contribute to team dynamics by participating in follow-up meetings and communicating project progress.
13. Share ideas to enhance internal processes and strengthen team collaboration.

1. 2 to 3 years of successful experience in data visualization and project management.

1. Proficiency in Power BI and Excel.
2. Strong organizational skills and data processing accuracy.
3. Curiosity and proactivity in analysis and improvement.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork ability.
5. Fluency in written and spoken English in an international context.
