- Coordinate 360° Top Door Trade Marketing initiatives from briefing to installation at the point of sale.
- Collaborate closely with the Headquarter in Paris and local producers.
- Manage selected client accounts, including support in strategic marketing discussions.
- Plan and execute client events, masterclasses, and targeted actions.
- Develop innovative ideas based on market and consumer trends to enhance client experience.
- Analyze, track, and report on implemented measures, including initial budget responsibility.
- Coordinate freelancers, agencies, and production partners.
- Work closely with internal departments such as Sales, Training, Digital, Client Engagement, and Product Management.
- Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communication.
- Initial professional experience in Marketing or Trade Marketing, preferably in the luxury or FMCG sector.
- Strong organizational talent with a structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM tools is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
