- Develop and execute the brand’s long-term strategy, including market positioning and growth initiatives.
- Ensure consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
- Oversee the fragrance portfolio to maintain brand leadership in the Mexican market.
- Conduct in-depth market research and consumer analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Utilize data-driven insights for product development and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with sales and retail teams to drive in-store and online sales.
- Monitor retail performance to ensure effective brand representation and achievement of sales targets.
- Manage the brand’s marketing budget efficiently with the Senior Manager.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams for project execution.
- Mentor and develop a Fragrance Marketing Intern.
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in brand management, particularly in beauty or cosmetics.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Power BI.
- Strong brand management skills, including product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and competitive landscape in the beauty industry.
- Knowledge of luxury beauty market dynamics.
- Familiarity with sustainability initiatives and their impact on brand perception.
- Fluency in English and Spanish; French is a plus.
A minimum of 2 years in brand management, focusing on beauty or cosmetics.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
