Chanel Jewelry Supply Planning Intern

- Analyze and classify production data within the workshop's ERP system.
- Define data exploitation rules and establish a comprehensive production database.
- Map existing production flows between internal and external resources and piece specifications.
- Collaborate with the Director of the Fine Jewelry Workshop and Supply Planning to define capacity calculation methods.
- Develop dynamic tools for projected workload calculations to anticipate workload fluctuations.
- Provide weekly production plans and explain any variations.
- Implement calculation of key performance indicators such as time tracking and delivery commitments.
- Support the workshop director and manager in scheduling operations to ensure timely deliveries.
- Establish tools for tracking the progress of manufacturing orders and performance indicators.
- Degree in engineering or a related field.
- Previous experience in production planning or supply chain management.
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
A first experience in production planning or supply chain management is required.
Degree in engineering or a related field.
