1. Analyze and classify production data within the workshop's ERP system.
2. Define data exploitation rules and create a comprehensive database of all produced pieces.
3. Map existing production flows between internal and external resources.
4. Collaborate with the Haute Joaillerie Workshop Director and Supply Planning to define capacity calculation methods.
5. Establish calculation rules for production load based on expertise and historical data.
6. Develop a dynamic tool for projecting load against capacity to anticipate fluctuations.
7. Provide weekly production plans and explain variations.
8. Implement performance indicators to track production times, delays, and delivery commitments.
9. Support the workshop director in scheduling operations to ensure timely deliveries.
10. Develop tools to monitor the progress of manufacturing orders.
11. Establish management indicators to track production performance.

1. Engineering degree or equivalent educational background.
2. Initial experience in production planning or supply chain.

1. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
2. Excellent adaptability to changing environments.
3. Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems.
4. Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
5. Organizational skills and meticulousness.

A foundational experience in production planning or supply chain is required.
