1. Develop analytical tools and KPIs using Power BI and Excel to monitor workshop performance and anticipate alerts.
2. Manage operational tasks to gain insights into the supply chain profession.
3. Automate analysis files in Excel to enhance efficiency.
4. Create analytical tools on Power BI to provide strategic insights into results.
5. Develop KPIs on Excel and Power BI to track supply chain performance and prioritize team activities.
6. Support monthly order portfolio analysis by automating current tools and establishing tracking KPIs.
7. Extract and share monthly orders with workshops and facilitate planning analysis progress.
8. Analyze workshop planning adjustments and communicate alerts to teams.
9. Identify client priorities to guide workshops in decision-making.
10. Collaborate on billing follow-up, assisting in KPI implementation for invoice reconciliation and price consistency checks.

1. Currently enrolled in an engineering school (Bac +4/5).
2. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

1. Proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
2. Strong interpersonal skills.
3. Analytical mindset with a pragmatic and results-oriented approach.
4. Entrepreneurial spirit and innovative problem-solving abilities.

Previous experience in a corporate setting with demonstrated proficiency in Excel and Power BI is essential.

Pursuing a degree in engineering (Bac +4/5).
