1. Create tools and KPIs using Power BI and Excel to monitor workshop performance and anticipate alerts.
2. Manage operational tasks to learn the role of a supply chain manager.
3. Automate analysis files in Excel for efficiency.
4. Develop analysis tools on Power BI for performance review.
5. Create KPIs on Excel and Power BI to track supply chain performance and prioritize team activities.
6. Support monthly order portfolio analysis by automating current tools and implementing tracking KPIs.
7. Extract and share monthly orders with workshops.
8. Facilitate planning analysis progress with workshops.
9. Analyze workshop planning adjustments and share alerts with teams.
10. Identify client priorities to guide workshop decisions.
11. Collaborate on billing tracking KPIs with the billing manager.
12. Ensure invoice reconciliation before due dates and verify price consistency.

1. Student in engineering school (Bac + 4/5).
2. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Previous experience in a corporate environment with mastery of IT tools such as Excel and Power BI.
