1. Restore, polish, and rhodium-plate gold creations.
2. Maintain and regularly service tools and workspace.
3. Manage orders for necessary equipment supplies.
4. Ensure continuity in diagnostics and quality checks of repaired pieces in the absence of team members.
5. Restore products entrusted by Logistics Coordinators.
6. Inform the workshop manager of difficulties and propose solutions.

1. OJ2 Level 3 or higher with a BEP or CAP in polishing arts and techniques, a BMA or DMA in jewelry arts, or a BEP or CAP as a polisher.

1. Expertise in high jewelry polishing and finishing techniques.
2. Strong customer service and client relationship skills.
3. Attention to detail, precision, and reliability.
4. Dexterity and sensitivity towards jewelry products.
5. Dynamic, reactive, and organized with excellent interpersonal skills.
6. Team-oriented with experience in using software for after-sales service management.

Minimum of 5 years in polishing and finishing high jewelry products for luxury houses.

BEP or CAP in polishing arts and techniques, BMA or DMA in jewelry arts, or equivalent.
