5. Independently perform product repairs based on repair sheets and quality standards.
6. Conduct self-quality checks and use feedback for improvement.
7. Proactively alert the workshop supervisor in case of deadline overruns.
8. Contribute to team performance by sharing information and best practices.
9. Organize products for optimal management within the workflow.

1. Diploma in Jewelry or Leather Goods (CAP Bijouterie/Joaillerie, CAP, BEP, Bac Pro in leather goods) or confirmed experience in jewelry repair/manufacturing.
2. Ability to use a sewing machine for leather goods repairs.
