1. Lead the technical design, architecture, and deployment of IT solutions to enhance customer experience, sales management, and after-sales services.
2. Ensure technical integrity of solutions, focusing on architecture, integration, performance, and security.
3. Define technical directions for IT projects and applications, collaborating with development, design, and project management teams.
4. Establish technical specifications in collaboration with architecture and development teams.
5. Create a framework of technical standards and procedures.
6. Analyze and identify technical risks, conducting comprehensive assessments to validate solutions.
7. Oversee technical aspects of projects and development work, making architecture and design decisions.
8. Guide development in correcting and evolving existing solutions and technical improvements.
9. Identify and resolve bugs, driving continuous code improvement and adherence to development best practices.
10. Support project teams in technical decision-making through educational insights and impact analysis.
11. Design test plans, supervise and conduct testing, and contribute to test documentation to ensure solution stability.
12. Maintain detailed technical documentation for solutions and projects.
13. Ensure the operability of solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
14. Provide technical support for the implementation of project evolutions.
15. Ensure proper implementation of technical monitoring and maintenance procedures, supervising application quality.
16. Conduct technology watch on customer experience expertise and digital passport topics, recommending suitable innovations.

1. Degree from an engineering school with a specialization in computer science.
2. Minimum 8 years of experience as an IT Technical Lead in an international company or IT service firm, preferably in the retail or premium sector.

1. Strong technical skills in Cloud Architectures (Azure, AWS), microservices, CI/CD, REST APIs, and security.
2. Methodical, rigorous, and calm in problem-solving and crisis management.
3. Technically curious with the ability to analyze problems and propose technical solutions.
4. User and business-oriented with an interest in understanding Retail & Client operations.
5. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team leadership skills.
6. Fluency in English.

Candidates must have a minimum of 8 years of experience as an IT Technical Lead, ideally within a retail or premium brand with international operations.

Degree in computer science or related field from an engineering school.
