- Define technical directions for IT projects within the business and application scope and support their implementation.
- Establish technical specifications to inform project specifications and requirements coordinated by the project manager.
- Create a framework of technical standards and procedures.
- Determine workload allocation for projects in agreement with IT application managers.
- Oversee technical aspects of projects and guide development teams, making architectural and design decisions.
- Supervise software quality and modifications to the information system or application.
- Design, guide, and pilot the implementation of technical solutions and improvements.
- Share development best practices and lead code reviews.
- Support project teams in technical decision-making with educational insights and impact analysis.
- Ensure proper execution of test plans and solution operability throughout the project.
- Implement delivery methods and tools to manage project roadmaps and backlogs.
- Guide team members in resolving technical issues, analyzing risks, and developing solutions.
- Conduct technology watch and recommend appropriate evolutions and innovations.
- Proven experience of 7 years as a Tech Lead, with expertise in architecture, application development, and technical implementation.
- Strong understanding of security requirements and data modeling in ESG context.
- Fluency in English and French; Italian is a plus.
- Technical leadership and architectural design.

- User-oriented solution design and implementation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A minimum of 7 years of experience in technical leadership roles, particularly in architecture, application development, and technical implementation.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
