1. Define technical directions for IT projects within the business and application scope and support their implementation.
2. Establish technical specifications to inform project specifications and requirements coordinated by the project manager.
3. Create a framework of technical standards and procedures.
4. Determine workload allocation for projects in agreement with IT application managers.
5. Oversee technical aspects of projects and guide development teams, making architectural and design decisions.
6. Supervise software quality and modifications to the information system or application.
7. Design, guide, and pilot the implementation of technical solutions and improvements.
8. Share development best practices and lead code reviews.
9. Support project teams in technical decision-making with educational insights and impact analysis.
10. Ensure proper execution of test plans and solution operability throughout the project.
11. Implement delivery methods and tools to manage project roadmaps and backlogs.
12. Guide team members in resolving technical issues, analyzing risks, and developing solutions.
13. Conduct technology watch and recommend appropriate evolutions and innovations.

1. Proven experience of 7 years as a Tech Lead, with expertise in architecture, application development, and technical implementation.
2. Strong understanding of security requirements and data modeling in ESG context.
3. Fluency in English and French; Italian is a plus.

A minimum of 7 years of experience in technical leadership roles, particularly in architecture, application development, and technical implementation.
