1. Enhance user support experience and facilitate adoption of deployed technologies.
2. Ensure data consistency across various tools.
3. Revise and update reference directories such as Active Directory.
4. Implement quality control processes for reference directories.
5. Develop and implement new support processes or enhancements.
6. Create and maintain activity quality tracking reports using tools like PowerBI, Service Now, and Excel.
7. Coordinate IT projects, including hardware renewal campaigns.
8. Participate in process-related meetings and interactions with various stakeholders.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
2. Strong organizational skills and adaptability.
3. Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset.
4. Discretion and a strong sense of service.

Experience in IT support and project management is preferred.
