Chanel IT Project Manager

- Direct management and delivery of IT projects within the assigned domain.
- Contribute to projects impacting own initiatives, even if not directly responsible for delivery.
- Serve as an interface between business teams and other IT stakeholders.
- Manage a portfolio of application projects, some directly led and others requiring coordination.
- Frame business needs and ensure feasibility within selected tools.
- Analyze business needs and translate them into functional specifications or User Stories.
- Identify optimal market solutions.
- Define, monitor, and ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Establish and lead project governance.
- Manage and prioritize backlogs across various project instances.
- Coordinate between business and IT teams.
- Facilitate change management for business and IT teams.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of tools.
- Oversee testing phases and organize deployments.
- Implement transition to operational mode and supervise ongoing maintenance.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a consulting firm or large international company, preferably in Retail/Premium sectors.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale international projects.
- Strong methodological, rigorous, and detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to handle complex and strategic topics with logical thinking and excellent writing skills.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies and IT tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence).
- User-focused and business-oriented mindset.
- Curiosity and understanding of the Retail industry.
- Ability to influence and engage stakeholders effectively.
Candidates must have at least 8 years of experience in a consulting firm or a large international company, ideally within the Retail or Premium sectors with international store presence.
Degree from a business or engineering school.
