- Define and scope IT projects within the assigned business domain.
- Gather and analyze business needs, challenging them when necessary.
- Draft clear and comprehensive project specifications.
- Develop project plans, including deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Supervise the drafting of detailed technical and functional specifications.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to costs and timelines.
- Coordinate human and technical resources across IT teams to ensure timely project completion.
- Communicate project vision and objectives to relevant stakeholders.
- Adopt appropriate project methodologies and define operational rules.
- Coordinate actions between different teams, ensuring milestone adherence.
- Oversee software development, ensuring budget and deadline compliance.
- Validate deliverables with business and technical stakeholders.
- Manage risks and adapt resources as needed.
- Communicate project progress to stakeholders, including feature additions and issue resolutions.
- Define and execute post-production activities in collaboration with Test & Integration and Adoption teams.
- Plan and conduct tests, analyze results, and resolve issues.
- Organize production deployment and user training.
- Monitor technical and organizational evolutions to propose innovative solutions.
- Proven experience in IT project management with demonstrated autonomy and rigor.
- Recognized interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
- Ability to lead and motivate project teams.
- Understanding of business challenges within the assigned domain.
- Proficiency in project management processes and methodologies, especially Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
- Strong knowledge of IT networks, infrastructure, and development tools.
