1. Define and scope IT projects within the assigned business domain.
2. Gather and analyze business needs, challenging them when necessary.
3. Draft clear and comprehensive project specifications.
4. Develop project plans, including deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
5. Supervise the drafting of detailed technical and functional specifications.
6. Identify and mitigate risks related to costs and timelines.
7. Coordinate human and technical resources across IT teams to ensure timely project completion.
8. Communicate project vision and objectives to relevant stakeholders.
9. Adopt appropriate project methodologies and define operational rules.
10. Coordinate actions between different teams, ensuring milestone adherence.
11. Oversee software development, ensuring budget and deadline compliance.
12. Validate deliverables with business and technical stakeholders.
13. Manage risks and adapt resources as needed.
14. Communicate project progress to stakeholders, including feature additions and issue resolutions.
15. Define and execute post-production activities in collaboration with Test & Integration and Adoption teams.
16. Plan and conduct tests, analyze results, and resolve issues.
17. Organize production deployment and user training.
18. Monitor technical and organizational evolutions to propose innovative solutions.

1. Proven experience in IT project management with demonstrated autonomy and rigor.
2. Recognized interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
3. Ability to lead and motivate project teams.
4. Understanding of business challenges within the assigned domain.
5. Proficiency in project management processes and methodologies, especially Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
6. Strong knowledge of IT networks, infrastructure, and development tools.
