Chanel IT Project Manager - Fragrance Laboratory

- Participate in all phases of project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment, in close collaboration with business and IT teams.
- Collect and analyze functional needs from business departments.
- Provide recommendations and improvement paths within IT projects.
- Draft detailed functional specifications.
- Analyze existing solutions and assess their alignment with business needs.
- Define functional test plans and ensure their execution.
- Design and automate test scenarios, including non-regression tests.
- Participate in or lead functional testing.
- Monitor anomalies and define correction and improvement plans.
- Draft necessary project documentation for production deployment.
- Support the deployment of functional and technical solutions.
- Assist users and business references in change management and tool adoption.
- Bachelor's degree +5 in Computer Science, Project Management, or Engineering School.
- Strong technological and IT culture with a comprehensive view of application solutions.
- Proficiency in testing tools and project management tools.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent functional knowledge of production and Document Management Systems (DMS).
- Solid technical knowledge (Systems, Networks, Databases, ERP, or other IT systems as relevant).
- Developed interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with various teams.
A minimum of 2 to 5 years of professional experience is required.
Bachelor's degree +5 in Computer Science, Project Management, or Engineering School.
