1. Assist the Product Manager in the operational management and oversight of digital projects.
2. Participate in the deployment of an online appointment scheduling and queue management tool to enhance customer experience.
3. Create, modify, and automate email templates using Brevo to ensure consistent and personalized client communication.
4. Draft technical and functional documentation for internal teams to optimize the use of newly deployed tools.
5. Collaborate closely with technical teams to resolve bugs in the appointment scheduling tool.
6. Provide technical assistance to digital business teams for various tool-related requests.
7. Support the Product Manager in preparing reports, post-mortems, and detailed product performance analyses.

1. Currently enrolled in an engineering or communication school with a Bac+3 to Bac+5 level.

2. Recognized for rigor, organization, and teamwork.
3. Ability to work autonomously and adapt quickly to demanding environments.

No prior experience required, but a strong interest in IT and digital project management is essential.

Pursuing a degree in engineering or communication at Bac+3 to Bac+5 level.
