1. Contribute to the identification of improvement areas within IT operations.
2. Assist in managing and reducing IT operational risks.
3. Support the implementation of IT transformation initiatives.
4. Engage in cross-functional IT activities such as economic management, procurement, sourcing, project portfolio management, technical debt management, and knowledge security.
5. Participate in all phases of IT transformation, including problem identification, analysis of current state, target definition, trajectory planning, and change management.

1. Enrollment in a business school or a generalist/IT engineering school.

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2. Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
3. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
4. Initiative and autonomy.
5. Attention to detail, curiosity, and adaptability.

No prior professional experience required, but a strong academic background in relevant fields is essential.

Currently pursuing a degree in business or engineering.

Interns will receive comprehensive training on market best practices and work alongside experts across various domains. A complete integration program, including training on the history and products of Chanel Parfums Beauté, will be provided.
