1. Assist the Operations Domain Manager in the Horlogerie Joaillerie Division.
2. Participate in the operational support phase of the performance management system transformation.
3. Document business processes and construct test plans.
4. Establish indicators for monitoring Run and Project activities.
5. Update existing processes and formalize new ones in collaboration with IT and Business teams.
6. Update user documentation.
7. Draft and execute test plans for ongoing projects.
8. Support project managers in implementing continuous improvement projects, particularly in PLM, Quality Management in jewelry workshops, and ERP systems.

1. Currently enrolled in an engineering or business school (Master's level).
2. Demonstrated interest in information systems.

1. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
2. Fluency in English.
3. Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
4. Attention to detail and perseverance.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.

No prior professional experience required, but a keen interest in digital tools and innovative solutions is essential.

Pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering or Business.
