Chanel IT Junior Solution Developer

- Support the development of software dedicated to the automation and management of operational activities at Chanel Fashion sites.
- Assist in functional analysis and the development of new solutions and enhancements to existing platforms.
- Provide operational support to the Solution Architect in gathering requirements and monitoring progress.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to applications used at Chanel Fashion sites.
- Support the IT team in daily end-user support issues at Chanel sites.
- Technical diploma in Computer Science and Telecommunications or related scientific disciplines.
- First experience or similar experience in technical support and/or IT development roles, preferably in logistics or production environments.
- Analytical skills and problem-solving orientation.
- Strong communication skills for information transfer and a strong internal service orientation.
- Basic knowledge of main object-oriented programming languages.
- Familiarity with main development environments, steps, and release environments.
- Basic knowledge or understanding of the Power Platform.
- Ability to work in a team.
- English language proficiency (B1/B2).
- Basic knowledge of French (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of Service Desk systems (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and administration (preferred).
First experience or similar experience in technical support and/or IT development roles, preferably in logistics or production environments.
Technical diploma in Computer Science and Telecommunications or related scientific disciplines. Enrollment in a degree course in computer science and telecommunications or similar is preferred.
