1. Support the development of software dedicated to the automation and management of operational activities at Chanel Fashion sites.
2. Assist in functional analysis and the development of new solutions and enhancements to existing platforms.
3. Provide operational support to the Solution Architect in gathering requirements and monitoring progress.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to applications used at Chanel Fashion sites.
5. Support the IT team in daily end-user support issues at Chanel sites.

1. Technical diploma in Computer Science and Telecommunications or related scientific disciplines.
2. First experience or similar experience in technical support and/or IT development roles, preferably in logistics or production environments.

1. Analytical skills and problem-solving orientation.
2. Strong communication skills for information transfer and a strong internal service orientation.
3. Basic knowledge of main object-oriented programming languages.
4. Familiarity with main development environments, steps, and release environments.
5. Basic knowledge or understanding of the Power Platform.
6. Ability to work in a team.
7. English language proficiency (B1/B2).
8. Basic knowledge of French (preferred).
9. Basic knowledge of Service Desk systems (preferred).
10. Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and administration (preferred).

First experience or similar experience in technical support and/or IT development roles, preferably in logistics or production environments.

Technical diploma in Computer Science and Telecommunications or related scientific disciplines. Enrollment in a degree course in computer science and telecommunications or similar is preferred.
