IT Junior Solution Developer

Chanel Coordination Italia is part of the CHANEL Fashion Division, located at the Global Distribution Centre (GDC) in Vittuone, Italy. The GDC is responsible for quality control and the physical distribution of Chanel products to boutiques worldwide. The site works alongside the Osmannoro location, which houses the Footwear Department and Quality Inspectors team.

1. Support the development of software for the automation and management of Chanel Fashion sites' operations.
2. Assist in functional analysis and development of new solutions and enhancements to existing platforms.
3. Provide operational support to the Solution Architect in gathering requirements and tracking progress.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to applications used at Chanel Fashion sites.
5. Support the IT team in daily end-user support issues at Chanel sites.

1. Diploma in Technical Institute of Computer Science and Telecommunications or scientific disciplines.
2. First experience or similar experience in technical support and/or IT development roles, preferably in logistics or production environments.

1. Analytical skills and problem-solving orientation.
2. Good communication skills for information transfer and strong internal service orientation.
3. Basic knowledge of main object-oriented programming languages.
4. Familiarity with main development environments, steps, and release environments.
5. Basic knowledge or understanding of the Power Platform.
6. Ability to work in a team.
7. English language proficiency (B1/B2).
8. Basic knowledge of service desk systems (nice to have).
9. Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and administration (nice to have).
10. Basic knowledge of French (nice to have).

First experience or similar experience in technical support and/or IT development roles, preferably in logistics or production environments.

Diploma in Technical Institute of Computer Science and Telecommunications or scientific disciplines. Enrollment in a degree course in computer science and telecommunications or similar is preferred.
