1. Collaborate with IT and HR teams on various projects utilizing Generative AI tools, Power Platform, and Chatbots.
2. Animate user groups during change management processes.
3. Gather and formalize business requirements and document processes and guidelines.
4. Coordinate with IT teams across the matrix to deliver projects and oversee meeting planning and documentation.
5. Support the integration of new tools and applications from software partners.
6. Update support processes, including ticketing and forms.
7. Monitor and document Chanel product backlog change requests.
8. Conduct product testing and define performance KPIs.

1. Student with initial experience in IT, confirming interest in the field.
2. Fluent in French and English.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Functional/Technical knowledge of HR systems and luxury industry is advantageous.
5. Previous experience in IT projects.

1. Ability to deliver results in large, cross-functional initiatives.
2. Experience working across geographies and business units.
3. Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
4. Proficiency in documentation creation, including procedures and diagrams.
5. Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform is a plus.
6. Active interest in generative AI.

Previous experience in IT projects is required.

Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program.
