1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Finance, and Human Resources.
2. Enhance and monitor the IT budget cycle, resource allocation, and project portfolio management.
3. Contribute to the development and evolution of operational performance reporting tools in collaboration with the CIO Office.
4. Develop and improve IT governance dashboards to support strategic decision-making by aggregating and simplifying data from multiple sources.
5. Maintain and evolve an internal application for tracking operational resources.
6. Participate in strategic and budgetary planning exercises for the IT department.
7. Improve project portfolio tracking and associated roadmaps in coordination with IT Domain Managers.
8. Support business teams in their digital transformation by designing workspaces and ensuring data governance.
9. Contribute to the onboarding process improvement for new IT team members.

1. Currently enrolled in an engineering school (Bac +4/5) with a focus on information systems.
2. Fluency in English.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

1. Experience with SharePoint, Power BI, or Power Apps is advantageous.
2. Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
3. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
4. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
5. Demonstrated perseverance and attention to detail.

No prior professional experience required, but familiarity with IT governance tools is beneficial.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
