1. Oversee installation, configuration, operation, and monitoring of client and server systems, primarily within a Microsoft environment.
2. Support infrastructure changes and manage hardware and software installations and configurations.
3. Serve as the primary contact for IT-related inquiries from employees at headquarters, boutiques, and field locations.
4. Document and resolve technical problems and faults efficiently.
5. Coordinate cross-interface projects and collaborate with IT departments across Europe.
6. Provide IT helpdesk support and address user inquiries.
7. Contribute innovative suggestions and optimizations to enhance IT processes.
8. Work cross-functionally with other departments to support IT programs and systems.
9. Conduct regular business trips within the region to support IT operations.

1. Minimum of four years of experience in a similar IT role.
2. Degree in business informatics, IT management, or equivalent training.

1. Proficient in MS Office 365 and MS Windows Server.
2. Strong service mindset with analytical thinking capabilities.
3. Excellent team player with a positive attitude, flexibility, and resilience under pressure.
4. Comfortable managing complexity and ambiguity.
5. Fluent in Polish and English; proficiency in Czech or German is advantageous.

A minimum of four years in a similar IT position is required.

Degree in business informatics, IT management, or comparable training.
