Chanel IT Domain Manager - Client Services

- Serve as the IT interface for business stakeholders within the client domain.
- Ensure the optimal functioning and evolution of a portfolio of business applications.
- Oversee project delivery within the designated scope.
- Coordinate initiatives where delivery is not directly managed by the internal team.
- Recruit and manage an internal team, including external resources and consulting budgets.
- Act as the IT reference for business stakeholders, maintaining daily operational systems.
- Develop a multi-year roadmap for systems and initiatives aligned with business strategy.
- Define and implement actions to meet commitments with business interfaces.
- Establish an organization to effectively operate systems within the domain, including client experience management systems and digital in-store systems.
- Coordinate with regional teams for systems contributing to client management activities.
- Launch and ensure the sustainability of projects and applications within the domain.
- Manage the transition to operational teams or other departments.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop a team of 5 to 10 internal members.
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Client Services and HR for resource management.
- Manage external consultants and budgets to support team missions.
- Degree from an engineering or business school, or equivalent.
- Over 10 years of experience in IT departments or consulting.
- Ability to understand both strategic and operational business and IT challenges.
- Capability to translate strategy into actionable plans with effective leadership.
- Experience in managing large-scale projects with a results-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in facilitating teamwork and adapting to various stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and synthesis skills with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with luxury brand ecosystems and retail-related applications.
- Strategic vision and anticipation skills.
- Agility and pragmatism in IT project management.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in IT systems related to client experience and retail.
Over 10 years in IT departments or consulting, with a focus on strategic and operational challenges.
Degree from an engineering or business school, or equivalent.
