1. Support the team in managing the evolution of 'Evergreen' services such as Microsoft Office 365, Teams, and GenAI tools like Copilot, as well as telephony and videoconferencing.
2. Participate in projects to deploy services within the organization.
3. Monitor Microsoft's roadmap, test and document new updates and services, and present new functionalities.
4. Oversee infrastructure changes and formalize collaborative IT services according to ITIL processes in collaboration with IT stakeholders.
5. Implement tools and quality indicators for collaboration services to support and promote their use.

1. Advanced degree from an engineering school, preferably at the Master's level (Bac +4/5).

1. Strong interest in collaborative tools and change management.
2. Excellent synthesis skills, curiosity, rigor, and methodical approach.
3. Effective communication skills.
4. Fluent in English.

Experience or strong interest in collaborative tools and change management is essential.

Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
