Chanel IT Business Analyst

- Collaborate with business teams to plan, prepare, and lead workshops to gather, analyze, and prioritize stakeholder needs.
- Formalize current and target business processes and translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
- Propose management rules for new developments and implement change management for solution adoption.
- Work closely with IT teams and tech leads to propose solutions aligned with business needs and ensure proper implementation using Agile methodologies.
- Manage the product backlog, prioritize bugs and features based on business feedback, strategic priorities, and technical constraints.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as PI, Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Retrospective.
- Define validation criteria for features, plan and execute tests, and ensure the quality and compliance of developed functionalities.
- Facilitate communication with internal stakeholders, gather user feedback, and manage information flow between business and IT teams.
- Collaborate with team members, including tech leads, application managers, and QA/support teams.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an IT Business Analyst or Product Owner in an IT environment.
- Experience in the luxury, fashion, or supply chain industry is a plus.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Strong organizational and anticipatory skills.
- User-oriented service mindset with a focus on solution reliability and usability.
- Ability to decompose complex problems into clear requirements.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Agile tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical information for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills for integration into project teams and interaction with other IT and business teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and budgets.
Minimum of 5 years in a similar role within an IT environment, preferably in the luxury or fashion sector.
Certification in Agile methodologies is required.
