- Oversee the operational maintenance and evolution of RFID solutions to enhance operational efficiency and traceability in boutiques and distribution centers.
- Plan, implement, operate, and maintain RFID solutions, ensuring they meet user requirements.
- Collaborate with global IT, Retail, and Supply Chain counterparts to support solution deployment and functionality.
- Administer two RFID solutions, ensuring service quality and operational support.
- Prioritize and manage the development backlog across various platforms and systems.
- Coordinate and lead delivery efforts across multidisciplinary teams.
- Ensure compliance with Chanel's technical guidelines and security policies.
- Analyze and address the impact of solution modifications, providing strategic recommendations.
- Serve as the escalation point for critical incidents requiring third-level support.
- Guarantee the quality of service delivery and solution evolution.
- Bachelor's degree in IT Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, such as IT Project Manager or Solution Owner.
- Strong project management and IT solution administration skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of IT systems, including app and web development, integration, infrastructure, and BI.
- Ability to work in a rigorous, organized manner to manage project delivery.
- Dynamic and responsive, with a preference for international, high-demand environments.
- Excellent collaborative skills and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
A minimum of 5 years in IT project management or solution ownership, preferably within an international retail environment.
Bachelor's degree in IT Engineering or equivalent.
