Chanel IT Application Manager

- Lead the Quality Systems Competency Center, managing various tools and vendors.
- Develop and maintain the roadmap for system maintenance and evolution, aligning with business priorities.
- Ensure Level 2 and 3 support commitments for domain applications and adherence to support processes.
- Coordinate development resources and escalate risks for arbitration and prioritization as necessary.
- Oversee the quality of technical and functional documentation and maintain expertise over time.
- Conduct training sessions in French, Italian, and English, and maintain associated training materials.
- Facilitate governance with stakeholders, including business units, partners, and project teams.
- Manage quality projects from inception to completion, including scoping, requirements gathering, testing, and deployment.
- Deliver the roadmap and backlog of system evolutions, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Draft business processes and support change management initiatives.
- Design and oversee test plans and execution for system evolutions and impacts.
- Conduct technological research and recommend suitable innovations for continuous system improvement.
- Ensure compliance with Chanel's security policies.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in project management or evolutionary maintenance, preferably in luxury or fashion sectors focusing on quality or products.
- Strong autonomy and organizational skills.
- Ability to simplify and synthesize complex information.
- Capacity to build trust-based relationships and align with roadmaps and budgets.
- Functional and technical understanding of business needs and architectural logic.
- Proficiency in drafting business processes, training documents, and technical specifications.
- Ability to act as a liaison between business and technical teams.
- Experience in technical testing and user acceptance testing.
- Basic configuration skills in information systems, proficiency in Power BI and SQL.
- User and business-oriented mindset, focusing on solution usability, reliability, and efficiency.
- Excellent relational and communication skills for project team integration and leadership.
- Fluency in French and English, with Italian as a desirable additional language.
A minimum of 4-5 years in project management or evolutionary maintenance, preferably within the luxury or fashion industry.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
