Chanel IT Application Manager

- Oversee the operational maintenance, enhancement, and performance monitoring of information systems supporting Chanel's fashion division, including Haute Couture and sales.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including business units, external partners, and other IT services, to ensure seamless system operations.
- Manage a diverse technological environment encompassing ERP, POS, WMS, e-commerce platforms, and mobile applications.
- Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand application development requirements and align IT solutions with business objectives.
- Supervise Build & Run teams, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.
- Define roadmaps and budgets, constructing and delivering a backlog of system enhancements within expected deadlines and quality standards.
- Establish governance frameworks with business units and partners, ensuring alignment with Chanel's strategic objectives.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee service providers responsible for system operations and development.
- Ensure compliance with Chanel's security policies and optimize support models to enhance service quality.
- Contribute to the image of the IT department as a model of efficiency and excellence within the fashion division.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent (Bac +5).
- 7 to 10 years of experience in projects related to customer experience, sales, and logistics management.
- Proven autonomy, rigor, and ability to anticipate, communicate, and prioritize in a similar domain.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to coordinate and lead teams effectively.
- In-depth understanding of business challenges within the assigned scope and ability to align projects with IT roadmaps.
- Service-oriented mindset with a keen awareness of business activity challenges.
- Organizational skills and reliability, with a proactive and curious mindset.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and synthesize information.
- Capacity to build trust-based relationships.
- Fluency in English.
7 to 10 years of experience in customer experience, sales, and logistics management projects, demonstrating autonomy, rigor, and strong communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent (Bac +5).
