Chanel IT Application Manager

- Oversee the operational maintenance and evolution of WMS (Scale of Manhattan) and TMS (IT Insell and carrier stations) systems.
- Collaborate closely with functional entities responsible for 3PL activities and the European Distribution Center.
- Supervise Build & Run teams to ensure adherence to deadlines, quality, and budget constraints.
- Define and deliver the roadmap and backlog of system evolutions, including prioritization, requirement definition, estimation, and scheduling.
- Establish and manage governance with business units and partners.
- Monitor and control expenditures within defined budgets.
- Manage service providers responsible for system operation and development.
- Organize resources and schedules in alignment with distribution center activities.
- Ensure compliance with Chanel's security policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Bac +5) or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in IT supply chain projects, demonstrating autonomy, rigor, anticipation, communication, and prioritization skills.
- Strong relational and communication skills for interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to lead and engage a team effectively.
- Understanding of business challenges within the supply chain domain.
- Proficiency in aligning projects with the overall IT roadmap.
- Service-oriented mindset with awareness of distribution center operations' criticality.
- Fluent in English.
- Organized, reliable, proactive, and curious.
- Ability to simplify complex information and synthesize key points.
- Capacity to build trustful relationships.
A minimum of 5 years in IT supply chain projects, with proven autonomy and leadership in similar domains.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Bac +5) or equivalent.
