Chanel IT Application Manager ESG

- Oversee and maintain the operational condition of ESG data collection systems, ensuring compliance with regulations such as CSRD, CDP, and EcoScore.
- Collaborate closely with IT ESG teams and business stakeholders to understand application development requirements.
- Supervise Build & Run teams, ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and budget constraints.
- Optimize performance and support models of delivered tools, ensuring end-to-end service quality.
- Define and manage roadmaps and budgets for tool implementation.
- Deliver and prioritize backlog evolution, including requirement definition, estimation, and scheduling.
- Manage expenditures within defined budgets.
- Oversee vendors responsible for system run and build.
- Maintain up-to-date technical documentation.
- Organize resources and schedules in alignment with ESG business activities.
- Ensure compliance with Chanel's security policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (Bac +5).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT ESG projects, demonstrating autonomy, rigor, and anticipation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to lead and engage teams.
- Comprehensive understanding of business challenges within the ESG domain.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
- Organized, reliable, proactive, with a curious mindset.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and synthesize information.
- Capacity to build trustful relationships.
- Ability to align with roadmaps and budgets.
A minimum of 5 years in IT ESG projects, showcasing autonomy, rigor, and the ability to anticipate, communicate, and prioritize effectively.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (Bac +5).
