1. Oversee and maintain the operational condition of ESG data collection systems, ensuring compliance with regulations such as CSRD, CDP, and EcoScore.
2. Collaborate closely with IT ESG teams and business stakeholders to understand application development requirements.
3. Supervise Build & Run teams, ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and budget constraints.
4. Optimize performance and support models of delivered tools, ensuring end-to-end service quality.
5. Define and manage roadmaps and budgets for tool implementation.
6. Deliver and prioritize backlog evolution, including requirement definition, estimation, and scheduling.
7. Manage expenditures within defined budgets.
8. Oversee vendors responsible for system run and build.
9. Maintain up-to-date technical documentation.
10. Organize resources and schedules in alignment with ESG business activities.
11. Ensure compliance with Chanel's security policies.

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (Bac +5).
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT ESG projects, demonstrating autonomy, rigor, and anticipation skills.

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
2. Ability to lead and engage teams.
3. Comprehensive understanding of business challenges within the ESG domain.
4. Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
5. Organized, reliable, proactive, with a curious mindset.
6. Ability to simplify complex concepts and synthesize information.
7. Capacity to build trustful relationships.
8. Ability to align with roadmaps and budgets.
