1. Master the use of the After-Sales Service tool (Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and CE, Salesforce).
2. Train key users on the After-Sales Service tool and new functionalities.
3. Draft test scripts based on business processes.
4. Participate in testing phases for new functionalities and tool versions.
5. Log bugs and tool regressions in Azure DevOps.
6. Contribute to international After-Sales Service projects, including drafting business processes for repair workshops.
7. Train repair workshops on the reporting aspects of the After-Sales Service tool.
8. Define the ecosystem mapping for Horlogerie-Joaillerie/After-Sales Service.

1. Enrollment in a business, engineering, or IT school (Master's level) with an apprenticeship component.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
3. Strong organizational and communication skills.
4. Ability to work in an international environment with adaptability and flexibility.
5. Autonomy in managing priorities and teamwork capabilities.

No prior professional experience required, but a strong interest in the watchmaking and jewelry sectors is essential.

Master's degree in progress from a business, engineering, or IT school.
