1. Ensure efficient and optimized flow of goods in and out of the boutique.
2. Uphold operational standards to deliver the ultimate Chanel client experience.
3. Supervise and train team members, ensuring compliance with company protocols.
4. Process and record received stock into the system.
5. Organize and maintain stock in alignment with Chanel's expectations.
6. Prepare and ship outbound shipments according to brand standards.
7. Execute stock cycle count program and annual physical inventory with guidance from the Operations Lead.
8. Foster positive team relationships to inspire trust and teamwork.

1. Minimum 2 years of related experience.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.
3. Ability to move heavy items, including overhead lifting, pulling, and pushing up to 25 lbs.
4. Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

1. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
4. Understanding of and passion for client experience.
5. Foreign language skills preferred but not required.

Minimum of 2 years in a related field, preferably within the luxury retail sector.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $29.50 to $33.00 per hour. Additional compensation may include bonus potential, benefits, and/or perks.
