1. Uphold operational standards and processes to deliver the ultimate Chanel experience to clients.
2. Supervise and train team members, ensuring compliance with company protocols.
3. Process and record received stock into the system efficiently.
4. Organize and maintain stock in accordance with Chanel's expectations.
5. Prepare and ship outbound shipments adhering to brand standards.
6. Execute the stock cycle count program and annual physical inventory under the guidance of the Operations Lead.
7. Foster positive team relationships within the boutique to inspire trust and teamwork.

1. Minimum 2 years of related experience.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.
3. Ability to move heavy items, including overhead lifting, pulling, and pushing up to 25 lbs.
4. Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

A minimum of 2 years in a related field, preferably within the luxury retail sector.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

The anticipated hourly rate ranges from $29.00 to $45.00, with potential for bonuses and other variable pay components.
