Chanel Inventory Specialist

1. Ensure efficient flow of goods in and out of the boutique to enhance client experience.
2. Uphold operational standards and processes to deliver the ultimate Chanel experience.
3. Process received stock and accurately record it into the system.
4. Organize and maintain stock according to Chanel's expectations.
5. Prepare and ship outbound shipments in alignment with brand standards.
6. Execute stock cycle count program and annual physical inventory under the guidance of the Inventory Supervisor and Operations Manager.
7. Foster positive team relationships to inspire trust and teamwork within the boutique.

1. Minimum 1 year of related experience in inventory management or a similar field.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.
3. Ability to move heavy items, including overhead lifting, pulling, and pushing up to 25 lbs.
4. Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

1. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
4. Understanding of and passion for client experience.
5. Foreign language skills preferred but not required.

A minimum of one year of related experience in inventory management or a similar field is required.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $24.30 to $28.00 per hour. Additional variable pay components may include bonus potential, benefits, and perks.
