- Analyze sales trends and inventory levels across 1,200+ SKUs to allocate stock effectively, minimizing stockouts.
- Prepare and present regular reports on inventory allocation and performance metrics, highlighting key opportunities or risks.
- Collaborate with Boutique Directors to ensure stores are prepared for demand fluctuations.
- Align sales forecasts with inventory levels in partnership with the Merchandising Planning team.
- Continuously track stock levels and adjust product allocations based on real-time sales data and demand trends.
- Update the Replenishment Tool to reflect seasonal demand shifts and market trends.
- Oversee weekly replenishment for Owned accounts, managing stock flow from the warehouse to distribution points.
- Assist with stock allocation and replenishment for new store openings and direct-to-consumer channels.
- Support the creation of allocation strategies to minimize stockouts and enhance sales.
- Maintain and analyze inventory hierarchy, proposing recommendations for effective management.
- Manage inventory execution for new product launches, ensuring proper allocations and tracking performance.
- Conduct weekly analysis on replenishment efficiency, sell-through rates, and stock coverage.
- Support the creation of weekly replenishment files, ensuring data accuracy.
- Conduct weekly reviews of order cuts to maintain stock flow and reduce bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize efficiency.
- Support the Group Director in cross-functional project execution and key meetings.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Operations, Inventory Planning, Allocation, Distribution, or Supply Chain.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Merchandising, Planning, or a related field.
- High comfort level with high sales volume and large data sets.
- Analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and retail management software.
- Strategic thinking and tactical execution abilities.
- Self-motivation and strong attention to detail.
- Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
A minimum of 3 years in Operations, Inventory Planning, Allocation, Distribution, or Supply Chain is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Merchandising, Planning, or a related field.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $61,200 through $95,000. Additional compensation may include bonus potential, benefits, and/or perks.
