Chanel Inventory Manager

- Manage the inflow and outflow of finished products, including the reception and inspection of deliveries.
- Collaborate with central Retail Parfum Beauté teams to optimize boutique inventory.
- Organize and oversee rotating inventory plans by product category and prepare for the annual inventory in collaboration with boutique management.
- Handle returns of discontinued and unsellable items, and manage credit notes and follow-ups with the Supply Chain/Customer Service team.
- Ensure smooth inter-boutique product transfers and liaise with external transporters.
- Master internal procedures and stock management tools, and analyze performance indicators rigorously.
- Optimize storage areas and propose necessary adjustments.
- Understand objectives and proactively contribute to action plans to achieve them.
- Maintain and challenge the efficiency of overall activity indicators.
- Ensure proper stock maintenance in accordance with established rules.
- Guarantee the organization of each storage space within the boutique.
- Seek and propose solutions to streamline floor activity.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of all product lines in stock.
- Present new products during morning briefings.
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Sales Administration, or Logistics.
- Confirmed experience in stock management within a Retail and Luxury environment.
- Meticulous, organized, and a 'business partner' to sales teams.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and impeccable service orientation.
Proven experience in inventory management within the Retail and Luxury sectors.
Bachelor's degree in Management, Sales Administration, or Logistics.
