1. Manage the inflow and outflow of finished products, including the reception and inspection of deliveries.
2. Collaborate with central Retail Parfum Beauté teams to optimize boutique inventory.
3. Organize and oversee rotating inventory plans by product category and prepare for the annual inventory in collaboration with boutique management.
4. Handle returns of discontinued and unsellable items, and manage credit notes and follow-ups with the Supply Chain/Customer Service team.
5. Ensure smooth inter-boutique product transfers and liaise with external transporters.
6. Master internal procedures and stock management tools, and analyze performance indicators rigorously.
7. Optimize storage areas and propose necessary adjustments.
8. Understand objectives and proactively contribute to action plans to achieve them.
9. Maintain and challenge the efficiency of overall activity indicators.
10. Ensure proper stock maintenance in accordance with established rules.
11. Guarantee the organization of each storage space within the boutique.
12. Seek and propose solutions to streamline floor activity.
13. Develop a comprehensive understanding of all product lines in stock.
14. Present new products during morning briefings.

1. Bachelor's degree in Management, Sales Administration, or Logistics.

1. Confirmed experience in stock management within a Retail and Luxury environment.
2. Meticulous, organized, and a 'business partner' to sales teams.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills and impeccable service orientation.

Proven experience in inventory management within the Retail and Luxury sectors.

Bachelor's degree in Management, Sales Administration, or Logistics.
