1. Lead the structuring, updating, and drafting of relevant procedures and instructions for the regulatory department.
2. Contribute to the updating of internal 'business' procedures and instructions in response to changes in IT tools, internal processes, and international regulatory developments.
3. Manage the department's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
4. Finalize and implement the training and onboarding plan for new employees.
5. Promote and embed quality best practices within the department.

1. Scientific background with a focus on regulatory and quality aspects, at M1 or M2 level.

1. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
2. Intellectual curiosity and a collaborative team spirit.
3. Proficiency in Excel and a keen interest in data management.

No prior experience required, but a background in regulatory and quality practices is preferred.

M1 or M2 level in a scientific field with a focus on regulatory and quality aspects.
