Chanel Merchandising Project Assistant Intern

- Assist the Senior Project Manager in orchestrating 360° merchandising campaign development.
- Coordinate the creation of temporary merchandising materials for product campaigns.
- Participate in the production of operational documents such as briefs, creation references, and marketing cards.
- Ensure alignment with business strategy, brand image, timelines, budgets, regional needs, and sustainability goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including International Marketing, Artistic Direction, and Business Development.
- Develop planograms and elements for local adaptations.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market needs assessments.
- Design and communicate internal merchandising information supports.
- Plan and coordinate project steering meetings, including preparation and distribution of minutes.
- Prepare presentations for strategic meetings and conduct qualitative and quantitative market studies.
- Support markets in in-store merchandising deployment.
- Pursuing a higher education degree in business or a related field.
- Previous internship experience (6 months) in project management and merchandising.
- Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in project management with a keen sense of organization and attention to detail.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in merchandising vocabulary and software (IWD, Illustrator, SAP) is advantageous.
Previous internship experience of 6 months in project management and merchandising is required.
Pursuing a higher education degree in business or a related field.
