Responsibilities
- Assist the Senior Project Manager in coordinating 360° merchandising development for product campaigns.
- Participate in the production of operational documents such as briefs, creation of references, and marketing cards.
- Ensure alignment with business strategy, brand image, timelines, budgets, regional needs, and sustainability goals.
- Collaborate with various project stakeholders including International Marketing, Artistic Direction, and Supply Chain.
- Develop planograms and elements for local adaptations.
- Coordinate and execute go-to-market strategies in partnership with the Senior Project Manager.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market needs studies.
- Create and communicate merchandising information internally.
- Plan and coordinate project management meetings and prepare strategic presentations.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative market studies.
- Support markets in their in-store merchandising deployment.
Qualifications
- Pursuing a higher education degree from a business school.
- Looking for an end-of-studies internship.
- Previous experience (6 months) in project management and merchandising.
Skills
- Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in project management with strong organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Fluent in French and English, both oral and written.
- Proficiency in merchandising vocabulary and software (IWD, Illustrator, SAP) is a plus.
Experience Requirements
A minimum of 6 months experience in project management and merchandising.
Education Requirements
Pursuing a higher education degree from a business school.
