- Oversee daily transport and customs operations, ensuring adherence to timelines, cost efficiency, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Develop and implement real-time solutions to address daily operational challenges, leveraging a network of internal and external contacts.
- Maintain seamless communication with all stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Define strategic KPIs to monitor and enhance transport performance.
- Manage crisis situations effectively.
- Represent Chanel Parfums Beauté in dealings with transporters and customs authorities.
- Participate in the negotiation and implementation of contracts with transport providers, in collaboration with indirect procurement.
- Ensure high-quality relationships with partners to meet excellence standards.
- Supervise the management of key partner relationships, including KPI tracking and regular business reviews.
- Advocate for Chanel Parfums Beauté on transport and customs issues internally and with external partners.
- Contribute to the strategic positioning of the company's logistics activities.
- Manage a team of approximately ten employees, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, security, and environmental policies.
- Foster professional development and skill acquisition among team members.
- Conduct active market, regulatory, and technological monitoring to propose and deploy transport and customs operation optimization projects.
- Ensure maintenance of current certifications (e.g., AEO, Authorized Transporter) by managing corresponding action plans.
- Bachelor's degree equivalent to Bac+5 in Business, Engineering, or a related field with significant experience in transport, logistics, and international trade.
- Extensive experience (approximately 10 years) in a similar role within an international and multimodal ecosystem or the transport sector.
- Proficiency in multimodal transport and regulations related to international trade and hazardous materials.
- In-depth knowledge of customs procedures.
- Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Fluency in English in an international environment.
- Proficiency in IT tools and logistics management systems.
- Leadership, analytical skills, strong interpersonal skills, compromise management, and effective communication.
Approximately 10 years in a similar position within an international and multimodal ecosystem or the transport sector.
Bachelor's degree equivalent to Bac+5 in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
