Chanel International Training Project Assistant (Collections Expertise) — Internship

- Support the design and delivery of international training programs focused on collections expertise (product knowledge, fabrication, quality and merchandising).
- Coordinate logistics for workshops, seminars and on-site sessions: scheduling, venue arrangements, travel and accommodation for participants and trainers.
- Prepare and adapt training materials and participant documentation; assist with translation/localization as required for global rollouts.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders — product teams, ateliers, retail managers and HR/L&D — to align curricula and learning objectives.
- Maintain project trackers, follow up on actions, monitor budgets and produce regular status reports and post-training evaluations.
- Collect and analyse participant feedback and training KPIs to support continuous improvement of programs.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Fashion Management, Human Resources, Learning & Development, Project Management or a related discipline.
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills with demonstrated attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to synthesize technical product information for diverse learner audiences.
- Professional discretion, cultural sensitivity and ability to collaborate with international teams across functions.
- Availability to start in July 2026 and to undertake occasional travel for training events.

Previous internship or part-time experience in L&D, retail operations, product or project coordination—preferably within fashion or luxury goods—will be advantageous. Experience supporting multilingual or international projects is a plus.
Enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fashion Management, Human Resources, Learning & Development, Project Management, Business or a related field.
