1. Support the International Mobility team in managing international relocations, including immigration, transportation, housing, schooling, cultural training, spouse support, language courses, tax assistance, and international health insurance.
2. Prepare international mobility packages and contracts.
3. Monitor onboarding and offboarding processes for mobile employees.
4. Participate in data cleaning and optimization projects.
5. Contribute to financial and compliance processes related to taxes and social coverage.
6. Assist in the implementation of digital tools for managing international mobility.
7. Support the production of reports and data entry.
8. Manage billing for external service providers.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in International Mobility, Administrative Management, or Accounting with an international focus.
2. Knowledge of tax and social law is a plus.

1. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
2. Strong administrative and numerical analysis skills.
3. Adaptability to defined processes with flexibility to meet evolving needs.
4. Proficiency with digital tools and new technologies.

A successful initial experience in international mobility, administrative management, or a related field is required.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
