Chanel International Media Coordination Assistant — Fragrances

- Support the coordination and execution of international media campaigns for the Parfums division, from planning through post-launch.
- Liaise with regional market teams and external media agencies to align briefs, timelines and deliverables.
- Prepare and maintain media schedules, trafficking calendars and campaign timelines across channels.
- Assist with budget tracking, purchase order follow-up and basic reconciliation of media spend.
- Ensure all creative assets and media materials comply with brand guidelines and legal/regulatory requirements.
- Collect, consolidate and summarise campaign performance data and learnings for internal stakeholders.
- Manage administrative tasks including meeting coordination, status reporting and asset distribution.
- Contribute to ad ops tasks such as tag implementation, QA and coordination with ad servers where applicable.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Marketing, Communications, Media, Advertising or equivalent and eligible for an alternance/apprenticeship in France.
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to timelines and detail.
- Good numerical literacy and comfort working with budgets and basic campaign metrics.
- Clear written and verbal communication; able to liaise with internal teams and external agencies.
- Proactive attitude, discretion and ability to work within a high‑standards luxury environment.
- Interest in beauty, fragrance and luxury brand communication; adaptability to fast‑paced projects.

- Campaign management / ad ops platforms (e.g., DV360, Campaign Manager) — advantageous
- Adobe Creative Suite (basic familiarity)
- Media scheduling and trafficking
- Budget tracking and PO follow-up
- Reporting and presentation preparation
Previous internships or short-term experience (0–12 months) in media, advertising, marketing or agency environments preferred; demonstrable exposure to campaign coordination or media planning is an asset.
Enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate programme (Marketing, Communications, Media, Advertising) with eligibility for alternance/apprenticeship in France.
