Chanel International Digital Marketing Project Assistant Intern

- Assist the Digital Marketing Project Manager in developing and implementing international digital strategies for Chanel.com and key campaigns such as Fragrance and Key Emotional Moments (e.g., Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Holidays).
- Ensure seamless execution of campaigns in collaboration with headquarters teams (E-commerce/Webmasters, Digital Artistic Direction, International Marketing, Media, Social Media, CRM, E-retail, Editions) and across 8 regions (73 markets) on digital platforms.
- Coordinate with digital contact points and share campaign information with regions.
- Verify and ensure the correct online deployment of campaigns on Chanel.com by testing preview links with markets.
- Distribute URLs, online launch dates, and campaign details to internal digital contacts.
- Receive and disseminate assets from the Artistic Direction.
- Participate in performance analysis of campaigns with the Analytics team.
- Ensure timely removal of campaign visuals upon expiration of rights.
- Manage the creation and implementation of the e-merchandising calendar across 8 regions until it is live on local sites via webmasters.
- Create a global e-merchandising brief to ensure campaign visibility and validate briefs proposed by markets.
- Monitor updates to e-merchandising on Chanel.com.
- Conduct international monitoring of digital communication operations and technological innovations to inform future briefs.
- Higher education degree from a business school or university.
- Initial experience in digital, project management, and/or e-commerce.
- Dynamic, curious, and autonomous with strong organizational and rigorous skills.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical and synthesis abilities.
- Sensitivity to luxury and cosmetics markets and a passion for the digital realm.
Initial experience in digital marketing, project management, or e-commerce is required.
Higher education degree from a business school or university.
