1. Develop and ensure the reliability of sales forecasts to guarantee optimal production levels and market supply.
2. Facilitate strategic decision-making within the Parfums Beauté division during a period of significant transformation.
3. Collaborate with marketing to construct and validate forecasts for new product campaigns, ensuring alignment with supply and project teams.
4. Monitor and analyze launch results, providing feedback for corrective actions to the division.
5. Participate in the monthly S&OP meeting with ad-hoc analyses and contribute to the three-year planning process.
6. Serve as the primary contact for a designated region, understanding market challenges and driving consensus on forecasts.
7. Coordinate regional S&OP meetings to align forecasts with budgets and capture business intelligence.
8. Ensure adherence to best practices and provide training on forecasting tools.
9. Act as a liaison between Marketing, Regional Markets, and the Supply Chain, coordinating operational topics and improvement initiatives.

1. Advanced degree (Master's level) from a business school or engineering institution.
2. Proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating strong analytical and organizational skills.

3. Strategic vision and the ability to propose and implement innovative solutions.
4. Proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
5. Fluency in English.

Previous experience in a similar role where analytical and organizational skills were honed.

Master's degree in Business or Engineering.
