1. Support and secure back-office operations and inventory management for boutiques.
2. Verify stock movements and analyze monthly rotating inventory reports conducted by boutique teams.
3. Organize, lead, and participate in annual inventories in coordination with Retail Operations teams.
4. Draft inventory follow-ups and collaborate with boutiques to ensure stock accuracy for each accounting closure.
5. Act as the primary contact for boutique operations regarding Chanel's back-office processes and procedures.
6. Enhance training materials and conduct training sessions on back-office procedures for boutique teams.
7. Ensure compliance with legislation and procedures within boutiques through regular visits.
8. Participate in projects to improve internal control processes, including e-learning initiatives and AI roles.
9. Create reporting tools and define KPIs for internal control, along with preventive actions.
10. Coordinate internal audit follow-ups in partnership with Retail activities and monitor the implementation of corrective action plans and best practice sharing.

1. Pursuing a Master's degree (BAC+4/5) in Engineering, Business, or IT.
2. Previous professional experience in finance or operational risk management.

2. Business-oriented analytical mindset with a passion for numbers.
3. Proficiency in office tools, particularly Excel.
4. Curiosity, responsiveness, and a sense of innovation.

Previous experience in financial or operational risk management is required.

Pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or IT.
