Chanel Internal Communications Assistant

- Assist the Senior Lead in People Engagement and Social Impact with implementing internal communication strategies across Europe.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of internal events, both physical and digital, aimed at team cohesion.
- Create engaging content such as articles, interviews, and podcasts.
- Design communication materials including digital invitations, newsletters, emails, presentations, posters, and intranet banners.
- Manage the translation of communication content in collaboration with agencies and internal/external stakeholders.
- Support intranet management by publishing articles and compiling statistics for European markets.
- Participate in the annual HR communication plan, creating content and highlighting HR initiatives related to mobility, social policy, managerial programs, solidarity engagement, diversity, and inclusion.
- Propose new actions or initiatives to enhance team pride and engagement.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (BAC +4 or BAC +5 equivalent).
- International profile with fluency in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Suite (particularly InDesign).
- Creative skills in designing posters, banners, logos, and adapting them to various formats.
- Video editing skills are a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Adaptability to interact with diverse international stakeholders.
No specific prior experience required, but a background in communications or a related field is advantageous.
Pursuing a Master's degree (BAC +4 or BAC +5 equivalent).
