1. Assist the Senior Lead in People Engagement and Social Impact with implementing internal communication strategies across Europe.
2. Contribute to the planning and execution of internal events, both physical and digital, aimed at team cohesion.
3. Create engaging content such as articles, interviews, and podcasts.
4. Design communication materials including digital invitations, newsletters, emails, presentations, posters, and intranet banners.
5. Manage the translation of communication content in collaboration with agencies and internal/external stakeholders.
6. Support intranet management by publishing articles and compiling statistics for European markets.
7. Participate in the annual HR communication plan, creating content and highlighting HR initiatives related to mobility, social policy, managerial programs, solidarity engagement, diversity, and inclusion.
8. Propose new actions or initiatives to enhance team pride and engagement.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (BAC +4 or BAC +5 equivalent).
2. International profile with fluency in English.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Suite (particularly InDesign).
2. Creative skills in designing posters, banners, logos, and adapting them to various formats.
3. Video editing skills are a plus.
4. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Adaptability to interact with diverse international stakeholders.

No specific prior experience required, but a background in communications or a related field is advantageous.

Pursuing a Master's degree (BAC +4 or BAC +5 equivalent).
