1. Support the editorial production, graphic design, and event management teams.
2. Contribute to the organization of both live and virtual events, including communication tool creation, external vendor management, and logistics.
3. Assist in the animation of the internal communication platform by disseminating news about the brand and company.
4. Aid in the creation of diverse graphic assets such as posters and invitations.
5. Measure the effectiveness and impact of created content through monthly reports highlighting significant results.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Communication or Journalism.
2. Professional experience in communication is preferred.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and graphic design tools such as CANVA and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
2. Expertise in event organization (both physical and digital).
3. Strong writing and document presentation skills (journalistic style, web writing).
4. Creativity and curiosity with a strong interest in digital communication.
5. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
6. Aesthetic sensibility and graphic design acumen.

Previous experience in communication is ideal, with a focus on internal communication and event management.

Master's degree in Communication or Journalism (in progress).
