1. Collaborate in the development and communication of the GIS 3-year Strategic Roadmap.
2. Organize and facilitate the Infrastructure community through events and meetings.
3. Support communication strategies targeting management, IT teams, and international hubs.
4. Craft operational communication plans in collaboration with the Global CIO Office.
5. Select appropriate mediums and craft compelling content to convey key messages.
6. Set clear objectives for communication initiatives and measure their success.
7. Assist in driving change management initiatives to enhance service performance.
8. Animate and support the GIS Apprentice community, fostering collaboration and innovation.

1. Pursuing a Master’s degree in Communication or Business Administration.
2. Previous relevant experience is highly valued.
