Chanel Internal Audit Manager

- Design, lead and execute a risk-based internal audit plan covering retail, wholesale, supply chain, finance and corporate functions in the Greater China region.
- Perform process and control assessments, fieldwork and substantive testing; prepare clear, actionable audit reports with prioritized findings and remediation plans.
- Coordinate closely with regional and global finance, operations and legal stakeholders to ensure alignment of controls and enterprise risk priorities.
- Monitor remediation progress and validate implementation of corrective actions; maintain an issues tracking and escalation framework.
- Provide advisory support on internal controls, policy interpretation and process improvement initiatives while preserving auditor independence.
- Manage relationships with external auditors and third-party assurance providers; support regulatory and compliance reviews as required.
- Coach, develop and supervise audit staff or external resources to build local audit capability and maintain consistent audit quality.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of audit methodologies, data analytics capabilities and reporting tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related discipline; master’s degree preferred.
- Professional audit/accounting certification preferred (CIA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent).
- Strong technical knowledge of internal control frameworks and audit methodologies.
- Proven ability to lead audits end-to-end and to present findings to senior management with credibility.
- High standards of integrity, discretion and professionalism appropriate to a luxury brand environment.

- SAP (FI/CO) familiarity
- Advanced Microsoft Excel
- Data analytics tools (IDEA or ACL) and visualisation (Power BI or Tableau)
- Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
Typically 6+ years of progressive internal audit or external audit experience, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity; exposure to retail, luxury goods, manufacturing or consumer goods environments preferred, ideally within a multinational organisation.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field; master’s degree or equivalent professional qualifications preferred.
