Chanel Business Development Assistant Intern

- Assist in the creation and formatting of content for high-end community engagement throughout the year, including business and cultural modules, newsletters, and more.
- Coordinate agency requests for proposals, briefings, and content production follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the Learning team to develop training modules such as the High-End Learning Path and the Art of Selling Ceremony.
- Contribute to the development of the internal podcast 'Million Dollar Stories'.
- Monitor the Reward Plan for Chanel's top sellers.
- Organize the annual High Jewelry top sellers seminar, including vendor negotiations, logistics management, activity preparation, and individual coaching follow-up.
- Prepare for the annual High-End Business Development International seminar, managing invitations, content production, and logistics.
- Oversee budget tracking for various projects.
- Support the HBD team with travel arrangements, expense reports, and the preparation and updating of various materials.
- Provide operational support for international launches and fashion weeks.
- Contribute to the High-End Business newsletter across three divisions.
- Support the Client team with competitive intelligence, event tracking, and local event reporting.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, minimum level Bac +4.
- At least 6 months of prior internship or apprenticeship experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Team-oriented with a proactive approach to challenges.
A minimum of six months of experience in an internship or apprenticeship setting is required.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree, minimum Bac +4 level.
