1. Assist in the management of CHANEL&moi activities, including updating and disseminating KPIs, dashboards, and newsletters.
2. Contribute to setting objectives and tracking performance for the CHANEL&moi initiative.
3. Support the animation of the CHANEL&moi community by monitoring pilot projects in boutiques and organizing S.E.R and retouch committees.
4. Coordinate quality alerts and manage scheduling for CHANEL&moi appointments on the CHANEL website.
5. Participate in cross-functional projects, including partnerships with schools for talent development and involvement in retouch service productions.
6. Monitor sensitive cases and non-repairable products, collaborating with data teams for customer insights.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Retail, or a related field.
2. Previous experience in marketing or retail, with luxury experience preferred.

1. Strong analytical skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.
4. Curiosity, versatility, and teamwork orientation.

A minimum of initial experience in marketing or retail is required, with luxury sector experience considered advantageous.
